NEW YORK, June 11, 2026 - The Alpha Institute for AI Governance, the independent standards, research, and education think tank of Alpha Governance Group, PBC, today announced the launch of the Agentic Growth Council, an invitation-only peer forum for senior leaders accountable for AI-driven growth at enterprise scale. The Council is co-chaired by seasoned executives and board directors Najoh Tita-Reid and Esi Eggleston Bracey, with Jim Lecinski serving as a Founding Council Member and Distinguished Research Fellow of the Alpha Institute for AI Governance.

Every major company is investing in AI. Too few are turning that investment into durable, compounding growth. The gap between what organizations spend on AI and the commercial value they get back is emerging as the defining growth challenge of this decade. It is not just a technology problem; it is a governance problem: who owns the AI growth agenda, how decisions get made at machine speed, and how boards and commercial leaders hold the system accountable for results. The Agentic Growth Council is where that gap closes.

A trusted room for agentic growth leaders

The Agentic Growth Council is a confidential, practitioner-led forum for leaders operating at the intersection of growth, governance, and enterprise transformation. Operating under the Chatham House Rule, it gives senior executives a trusted room to debate, deliberate, and develop practical approaches to AI-driven growth that boards can trust, regulators can understand, and organizations can scale. The Council is grounded in the belief that governance is not a brake on growth, but the infrastructure that allows AI to become a durable business advantage rather than an under-managed source of risk.

Membership is invitation-only and open to enterprise-scale leaders serving as chief growth officers, chief marketing officers, CEOs, presidents, SVPs of growth, and select academic experts whose work shapes the future of AI-enabled growth.

Turning insight into applied governance

The Council’s work will extend beyond the room. Research, benchmarks, and board-ready frameworks developed through the Agentic Growth Council will be published by the Alpha Institute for AI Governance for boards, AI companies, investors, and the broader growth and marketing community. The goal is not only better discussion, but better operating guidance for leaders responsible for commercial outcomes and for directors seeking to fulfill their fiduciary duties in the age of AI.

The Agentic Growth Council is one of the Alpha Institute’s dedicated leadership councils, created to apply continuous AI governance to one of the most critical areas of the AI era: growth. Future councils will focus on additional disciplines and domains where AI, governance, and long-term enterprise value converge, building a system of specialized councils that together define what good AI governance looks like across the enterprise.

Quotes

"AI is not a tool you adopt. It's a transformation you have to lead. The leaders accountable for growth need a room where peers can pressure-test what works, what scales, and what a board can defend. We built the Agentic Growth Council to be the room that matters."

- Najoh Tita-Reid, Co-Chair, Alpha Institute Agentic Growth Council and Alpha Fellow

“Growth in the age of AI requires more than technology. It requires judgment, governance, and the kind of candid peer exchange that only happens in a trusted room. I am proud to co-chair a Council designed to support the world’s best growth leaders and to ensure our work creates impact that extends well beyond our membership.”

- Esi Eggleston Bracey, Co-Chair, Alpha Institute Agentic Growth Council

“The research is clear: most companies are not getting the growth returns their AI investment should produce. The Agentic Growth Council is where we change that - by bringing together the practitioners accountable for results with the academic rigor to understand why some approaches work and others do not, and by turning those insights into frameworks that boards and executives can actually use.”

- Jim Lecinski, Distinguished Research Fellow, Alpha Institute for AI Governance; Founding Member, Agentic Growth Council
