Lisa Hook

Lisa Hook is an experienced public company director serving on multiple global boards, including FIS Global, Inc., NextNav Inc., Zayo Group, and Nokia. She is Lead Independent Director at Philip Morris International and Chair of the Advisory Board at Trilantic Capital Partners. She has also been a member of the U.S. National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee since 2012.

At Nokia, where she has served as a board member since 2022, Ms. Hook sits on the Audit, Strategy, and Corporate Governance and Nomination Committees.

Ms. Hook previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Neustar, Inc. from 2010 to 2018, following her role as Chief Operating Officer from 2008 to 2010. Earlier in her career, she was President and CEO of SunRocket, Inc., and held senior executive positions at America Online, Inc. Her experience also spans private equity, media, and telecommunications, with roles at Brera Capital Partners, Alpine Capital Group, Time Warner Inc., and Viacom International. She began her career in law and public policy, including serving as legal advisor to the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission.

She has held numerous prior board roles, including RELX Plc, Neustar, Unisys Corporation, Ping Identity Holding Corporation, Partners Group Holding AG, and Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Inc.

Ms. Hook holds a Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor's degree in Public Policy from Duke University. She was honored as a Penn State Alumni Fellow for leadership in technology in 2012.
